IWN works to ensure that women are an intrinsic & equitable partner in the workforce through initiatives that will have an impact on their lives, livelihood and in getting growth back. In line with the CII’s theme for its 125th year, ‘Building India for the New World’, IWN pledges to build an inclusive, sustainable and a balanced nation by instilling gender parity across all forms of economic participation.
Towards this, IWN Southern Region has organized its 2nd Edition of its Annual Leadership Conclave on the theme “Say Yes: Celebrating Self”, spreading over 4 days and 3 hours each day, 3rd & 4th and 10th & 11th February 2021.
The event featured, in addition to stand-alone talks, master classes and fireside chats, with each day dedicated to the theme of ‘Celebrating Self’; ‘Celebrating by Learning’; ‘Celebrating One Another’ & ‘Celebrating Our Achievements’.
Some of the key speakers were Mr Uday Kotak, President, CII and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Kotak Mahindra Bank; Ms Megha Tata, Managing Director (South Asia), Discovery Communications India; Mr Prakash Iyer, CEO & Founder, Leadership Works; Prof Vasanthi Srinivasan, Professor, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management; and Mr Adeeb Ahamed, Founding Managing Director, Lulu Financial Group & Managing Director, Tablez, etc.
