The CII - Indian Women Network (IWN) serves as a dynamic hub for women professionals throughout India, dedicated to unleashing their potential and fostering career empowerment. Established in 2013 with a visionary goal of building the largest network of career-driven women in the country, IWN is committed to creating an environment where women can thrive economically to the fullest extent. At IWN, our mission is crystal clear: to collaboratively shape an ecosystem that propels women toward their complete economic potential.
We firmly believe in furnishing a nurturing platform for female professionals to connect, learn, and progress together. Through mentorship, professional development initiatives, and the invaluable camaraderie of like-minded peers, IWN offers a robust support system. With this background, IWN Southern Region organised its First Edition of the Leadership Conclave on the theme, ‘Say Yes –Women for India@75’ on 27-28 January 2020 at Kochi.
The Conclave saw women leaders who have pioneered new possibilities in their chosen fields to shatter perceptions, blaze new trails, explore frontiers and re-inventing the future to find solutions with purpose and positive impact.
